Profile
Go to Settings → Profile.Settings → Profile: your account details, password, email, sessions, two-factor authentication and avatar.
Your account
The first card, “Details for your signed-in user.”
Timezone is per person, not per workspace. Set it and every date and time in Callivox is shown in
your local time; leave it blank and times are shown in UTC. The field is a searchable dropdown —
“Search timezone… (blank = UTC)” — and saves as soon as you pick one.
Changing your password
The Change password card asks for your Current password, then your New password twice. Click Update password. The rule is: at least 12 characters, including at least 3 of lowercase, uppercase, digit and symbol. The form tells you if you fall short — “Use at least 12 characters.”, “Include at least 3 of: lowercase, uppercase, digit, symbol.”, or “Passwords don’t match.”Changing your email
The Change email card takes your New email and your Current password, then sends a confirmation link. Your address only changes once you click the link in that message, so check the new inbox — the card confirms withCheck {new email} for a confirmation link.
Sessions
“Devices currently signed in to your account. Sign out anything you don’t recognize.” Each row shows the device or browser, its IP address, when it was last active and when it signed in. The one you are using now is chipped This device.- Sign out on a row ends that one session.
- Sign out other sessions at the bottom ends every session except the one you are in.
Two-factor authentication
“Require a one-time code from an authenticator app in addition to your password.” Turning it on means a stolen password is not enough to get into your account.1
Start enrolment
Click Enable two-factor.

Scan the code
“Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (or enter the secret manually), then type the
6-digit code it shows.” Use any standard authenticator app.

Verify
Type the 6-digit code into Verification code and click Verify and enable.

Save your recovery codes
Callivox shows a set of recovery codes: “Save these recovery codes now — they are shown only
once.” Each one signs you in a single time if you lose your authenticator. Store them somewhere
safe, then click I’ve saved my recovery codes.
Avatar
“A square image works best (PNG, JPEG, or WebP).” Click Upload new and pick an image. Without one, Callivox shows your initials.Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications. The page is headed Notification Preferences and is a grid: one row per thing that can notify you, one column per way of being notified.Notification preferences: pick a delivery method for each kind of event.

Tick or untick any box to change it — each change saves on the spot. Out of the box, In-App and
Push are on and Email is off for every row.
These preferences are yours alone. Changing them affects only what you receive, not your
colleagues.
