Settings → AI Connections holds your workspace's MCP server URL and every AI client connected to it.
What it is for
Once connected, your AI assistant can answer questions that would otherwise mean clicking through several pages:- “How many conversations came in on WhatsApp this week?”
- “Which of my AI agents are turned off?”
- “What’s my credit balance, and what did we spend it on?”
- “Summarise the last conversation with this customer.”
- “Create a support agent for the web widget with these instructions.”
Where to find it
Go to Settings → AI Connections. The page holds two cards:MCP server URL
Your workspace’s address. Copy it and paste it into your AI client — the client then walks you
through sign-in and consent.
Connected AI clients
Every client that has been granted access, what it was allowed to do, when it connected and when
it was last used — with a Revoke button on each.
How access is controlled
Access is granted per client, and per scope. A scope is one category of access — reading conversations, reading channels, managing agents, and so on. When a client connects, Callivox shows you a consent screen listing exactly what it is asking for, and you approve or deny it. Two rules matter:- Admins can grant every scope. Members can only grant “Read conversations.” Anything else a client asks a Member for is shown locked, marked admin only, and is not granted.
- A connection can be revoked at any time, from the same page, and access stops immediately.
