Step 1 — choosing a plan for the new workspace.
Step 1 — Plan
Pick the plan your workspace runs on. During your trial you are not charged; the plan you choose here determines which features are switched on and how many credits you get when the trial converts. What differs between plans:- Which channels you can connect
- Whether AI agents and knowledge bases are available
- Whether voice agents are available
- How many credits you get each month, and how many automation runs
Step 2 — Channel
Step 2 — connecting the first channel to the new workspace.
Step 3 — Done
Setup complete — the workspace is ready to use.
A sensible order for the first hour
1
Send yourself a test message
Message your own connected channel from your phone and watch it arrive in the inbox. This confirms the connection end to end.
2
Add your team
Settings → Users — create an account for each person who will work the inbox.
3
Write a few canned responses
Settings → Canned Responses — save the three answers you type most often. See Canned responses.
4
Create an AI agent
Give it a prompt, point it at a knowledge base if you have documents, and bind it to your channel. Leave AI auto-reply off on the channel until you have tested it. See Creating an agent.
5
Turn AI auto-reply on
When the agent’s test replies look right, switch it on for the channel and watch the first few live conversations closely.
